4. Subscription Plans and Payment

The Service offers various subscription plans with different features and message limits. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period

8. AI-Generated Responses

The chatbot generates responses using artificial intelligence based on your knowledge base content. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying critical information
• The chatbot should not be used as a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.)

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform maintenance with or without notice
• Modify or discontinue features
• Suspend accounts that violate these Terms

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOUSFORGE SYSTEMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NousForge Systems from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be revoked
• Your data may be deleted after a reasonable period
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
